i miss my friends. baca entry syud on friends, terus feeling. ever wondered why friends are as essential as water? not because they can be the shoulders for you to cry on. but because they have to be the shoulders. they are umbrellas during rain, air-cond during heat, flip-flops at the beach, credit cards during shopping, and prayers when you're in tears.
friends are not people whom i expect can solve my dilemmas and what not. i don't expect anything from them. all they need to do is just listen. even when they're tired, listen. even when they already know, listen. even when they disagree, listen. eh macam iklan prudential pulak. ;p
so yes. this entry goes to all my friends, dari sekolah sampai universiti, yang tak jemu-jemu dengar anak ini mengomel, merapu, melawak tak tentu arah, mengeluarkan statement yang terlalu jujur, menyanyi lirik salah selalu, bercakap dengan laptop dan henfon, suka psycho semua orang, tolong cover masa ponteng sekolah, jadi orang tengah masa bercinta *oh ni tak patut tulis sbb sedih*, menangis *yang ni jarang kan*, dan banyak lagi.
and above all, friends are secondary to God. God is and will always be my primary source of strength. never have i cried so much or as sincere as when i pray to Him and lay down my forehead on the ground. He is the one who knows it all; He who decides my fate, destiny and the capacity to withstand the obstacles given. What is not written as yours from the beginning is hard to get ahold of. that i know now. He promised us heaven only after we have survived encountering hell on earth. it is to Him we'll always return.
dear God, give me the strength to face this test. let my love for You outgrow my love for him. let him be a distant memory that i will reminisce with a smile. amen.
